DTF and UV Online Gang Sheet Refund Policy

There is a 15% cancelation/refund fee on any order that is refunded due to incorrect artwork uploaded by the customer.

You may receive a call or text indicating that we think your uploaded artwork is incorrect. This call is to confirm if we should continue processing the order. If you choose to cancel and refund the order, there will be a 15% fee covering the processing and paperwork involved in canceling an order.

Once an order is completed and printed, no refunds will be given.

We try our best to catch artwork that may be incorrect, but we do not catch everything. You must confirm your designs before submitting for checkout.

We cannot edit your designs.

PLEASE NOTE:

When placing an online gang sheet order, you must verify the artwork is correct on the preview screen. What you see in the preview will print just as you see it. If there is a square of any color or pattern around your artwork, that square will print.

You must enter the correct height and width you want the design to be. The size can be changed after uploading your image.
